A Google-branded chatbot prototype was developed to help marketers gain insights from their data collection, allowing them to present the concept to stakeholders for approval. The scope included creating an intuitive, functional prototype based on initial wireframes, with a focus on user-centered design tailored to the specific needs of Google's internal marketers.

Google’s marketing team needed a way to extract actionable insights from their data more efficiently.

A Google-branded chatbot prototype was developed to help marketers easily extract insights from their data. The process involved researching existing chatbot solutions, refining initial wireframes into detailed sketches, and prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility. This interface aimed to create an intuitive and functional tool, enabling the marketing team to showcase the chatbot’s potential and gain stakeholder approval.

Design process

We conducted an internal design sprint to identify and map the most critical user flow for our chatbot, building on the initial wireframe provided by the Associate Research, Insights, and Analytics Manager. This process highlighted high-value features and the core functionalities of the chatbot.
